Raleigh, NC — Carolina Community Impact (CCI), a leading North Carolina Community Development
Financial Institution (CDFI), is thrilled to announce the appointment of Henry McKoy as its new President
and Chief Executive Officer. McKoy brings a wealth of experience from his senior leadership roles in
public service, academia, and the private sector. His career includes high-level positions in federal and
state government, and numerous advisory roles focusing on economic development and energy policy,
making him the ideal leader to continue CCI's mission of transforming North Carolina’s entrepreneurial
landscape.

Joe Battle will continue to serve as General Manager of CCI. “We want to thank Joe Battle for his
leadership of CCI, and are so happy that he continues to be a key member of the CCI executive team
