Lawrence and his wife, Taylor, first formed England Endeavors, LLC in 2021, starting with pop-up jewelry while they refined their vision for a full bridal boutique that would feel both luxurious and welcoming. In November 2024, they opened the doors to their brick-and-mortar boutique—now known as Taylor Lawrence Bridal, where brides enjoy private, one-on-one styling, champagne service, and a carefully curated collection of designer gowns chosen for quality, fit, and feel. Their dresses are intentionally selected to be luxurious yet attainable, giving brides access to the kind of elevated, magazine-worthy looks they’ve dreamed of without sacrificing affordability
Their journey to that dream was not easy. After securing a beautiful commercial space in Fayetteville, the SBA financing they were counting on stalled and ultimately did not come through, leaving the couple to launch and sustain the boutique entirely with their personal savings and credit. Drawing on a combined 15 years of business management experience, Taylor’s 12 years in design and Lawrence’s expertise in bookkeeping and finance, they pressed forward, determined not to let gaps in traditional funding stop them from serving brides. Lawrence also balances his role as an active-duty military instructor, carefully managing both his service and the demands of a growing small business.
Inside the boutique, every appointment is designed to feel like a “say yes” moment. Brides are greeted by name, guided through racks of modern, romantic gowns, and styled with intentionality so they feel seen, celebrated, and supported from first fitting to final decision. Along the way, Taylor and Lawrence have built relationships with leaders in the bridal world—including Randy and Monty from “Say Yes to the Dress”connections that inspire them to maintain high standards of service, trend awareness, and professionalism while keeping their gowns beautifully luxe and budget-conscious
A working capital loan from Carolina Community Impact allowed England Endeavors to take the next crucial step: shifting day-to-day expenses off their personal credit and into sustainable business financing, so they can reinvest confidently in inventory, staffing, and marketing that enhances the client experience. With this support, they are expanding their selection of designer gowns, elevating the in-store environment, and reaching more brides who might otherwise travel out of town for a luxury bridal experience. Within the next 24 months, they also have the option, written into their lease, to purchase their commercial property, an opportunity that could transform their boutique into a long-term asset and anchor England Endeavors as a permanent part of Fayetteville’s small business landscape.
