With a background in Economics and Business Administration, Brittany’s educational journey has equipped her with the essential skills and principles needed to excel in her role at CCI.
When asked about her motivation for joining CCI, Brittany emphasizes the organization’s unwavering dedication to effecting positive change in the community. “The constant motivation and commitment that CCI has to make a difference in our community is what motivated me to pursue a career here,” she shares. “The passion within the team is what attracted me to the organization’s mission.”
Brittany sees her role at CCI as a crucial contributor to the organization’s vision of empowering underserved communities and fostering economic development. She highlights relationship building, industry knowledge, and a shared commitment to making a difference as key aspects of her contribution.
One of Brittany’s most meaningful experiences at CCI involved assisting a borrower who had lost hope and was on the brink of closing their business. “Our team being able to help a borrower that had lost all hope and was on the verge of closing their business is an accomplishment I will always remember,” she reflects. “This is truly why we do what we do, and it was amazing to witness and contribute to the process.”
Looking ahead, Brittany is eager to continue leveraging her skills and expertise to make a positive impact within the community.
